Vendor Packages

The Shoppes d’Elegance, our enhanced marketplace, is a premium tented venue on the Radnor Hunt Grounds in the center of the
Concours action. It will be beautifully appointed with white picket fences and flowers. Guests filter through the Shoppes as they
enter and exit the event. A cocktail bar featuring signature drinks will entice visitors into the tent on Sunday. The announcer will
mention throughout the day to visit the Shoppes d’Elegance. Packages include advertising, table(s), chair(s), electricity, and wifi.

A) 20′ x 20′ Vendor Tent Package-$2000.

Includes: Two, 6′ tables and three chairs. Three General Admission Tickets. WiFi. Advertising in The Shoppes d’Elegance page in the Concours program. Listing on Concours Facebook post. Company name and link on Concours website.

B) 10′ x 20′ Vendor Tent Package-$1200.

Includes: Two, 6′ tables and three chairs. Three General Admission Tickets. WiFi. Advertising in The Shoppes d’Elegance page in the Concours program. Listing on Concours Facebook post. Company name and link on Concours website.

C) 10′ x 10′ Vendor Tent Package-$600.

Includes: One, 6′ table and two chairs. Two General Admission Tickets. WiFi. Advertising in The Shoppes d’Elegance page in the Concours program. Listing on Concours Facebook post. Company name and link on Concours website.
